Economy - Environment - Politics (WUPOL) Major

Economics - Environment - Politics (or WUPOL for short) is one of the five majors that can be chosen as part of WU's Bachelor's program in Business, Economics and Social Sciences. WUPOL focuses on highly topical issues such as climate change, social inequality and political conflicts and the role that business plays in them. In WUPOL, the economy is seen as embedded in the environment and society. This perspective enables a broad understanding of the economy with the aim of formulating strategies on how the economic system can be made more sustainable in companies, politics and civil society.
