In summer semester of 2026, our students engage with current issues related to diversity in organizations as part of the exciting “Praxisprojekt”. This time, we are cooperating with Primetals Technologies Austria GmbH, a global organization with a clear focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

The students are working on selected questions related to the perception and communication of diversity, increasing the proportion of women in technical and project-related roles, and fostering intergenerational collaboration. The aim of the project is to examine these topics in depth and to develop practical recommendations that will contribute to the further development of Primetals Technologies Austria’s DE&I strategy.
