Guest presentations and exchange of research perspectives at the Institute for Gender and Diversity in Organizations

On April 21st, we had the pleasure of welcoming Professor Dr. Saija Katila from Aalto University and PhD Candidate Jawaher Moosa Al Balushi from Corvinus University of Budapest to our institute. We greatly appreciated their visit and the opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss their research projects, and engage in inspiring conversations with our team.

During their visit, both guests presented their current research. Jawaher Moosa Al Balushi shared insights from her research on “Determinants of Entrepreneurial Intention: A Gender-Based Analysis in the Omani Context,” while Professor Dr. Saija Katila presented her work on “The Organizing Apparatus of Sexual Violence.” The presentations were followed by lively discussions and provided valuable opportunities for academic exchange and reflection.
