The certificates will be sent out via e-mail after the conference. Should you require a printed version, please indicate this in the comments.

Any reporter whose stay at the hotel is covered by the Institute will also recieve coverage of the lunch/dinner costs. Any other reporters as well as additional guests ought to cover these costs themselves.
