Support for the introduction of cross-divisional impact monitoring in the area of aid in need at Caritas of the Archdiocese of Vienna

The project aims to support Caritas Vienna in measuring the impact of its area of assistance in emergencies. A monitoring system will capture the effects that the services in this area have on the respective clients.

On one hand, this enables the visibility of the achieved impacts and their communication to both external and internal stakeholders. Furthermore, the area can make informed decisions based on the degree of achievement of the impact goals.

The content-wise understandable preparation of the data and the optimally designed flow of information should facilitate impact-oriented management. The developed tools should also be flexible enough to allow for quick adaptations to the frequently changing conditions in the area of assistance in emergencies.
