Our Teaching Approach

Our teaching is researchdriven, engaging, relevant, and inclusive. We integrate current research findings and provide insights into scholarly ways of thinking and conducting research, enabling students to develop a well‑grounded understanding of complex change dynamics and to reflect on them critically.


At the same time, we emphasize interactive formats, dialogue, application, and simulation. Students are actively involved and encouraged to contribute their own perspectives, question assumptions, and transfer knowledge to real‑world challenges of leadership and organizational change.


The goal of our teaching is to foster independent thinking, analytical and creative problem‑solving skills, and reflective judgment. At the core are leadership and change competencies, understood as the interplay of theory, practice, and critical self‑reflection. We understand teaching not merely as the transmission of knowledge, but as a process of personal development and as a contribution to responsible action in organizations and society.
