For Collaboration Partners

Collaboration Opportunities in Teaching
In our teaching, we collaborate with practice partners to give students insights into real‑world change‑related challenges, decision‑making processes, and organizational realities. Possible forms of collaboration include, among others:
  • Guest lectures and keynote contributions in courses
  • Practice‑based projects and case studies
  • Supervision of seminar papers and master’s theses with a practical focus
Practice partners benefit from engaging with motivated students, gaining fresh perspectives, and having the opportunity to connect early with potential future talent.
Collaboration Opportunities in Research
In our research, we work with organizations to generate scientifically sound insights into practice‑relevant questions. Forms of collaboration may include, among others:
  • Accompanying research on organizational change processes (qualitative and/or quantitative data collection)
  • Joint development projects
  • Third‑party funded research projects and grant applications
Our aim is a collaborative relationship that benefits both sides: academic excellence on the one hand, and application‑oriented insights, practical impulses, and spaces for reflection on the other. If you are interested in collaborating in teaching or research, or would like to discuss specific ideas for cooperation, we look forward to hearing from you at ilsc@wu.ac.at.
