The ILSC

At the ILSC, we study how leaders and employees navigate change in organizations in a strategic and responsible way. At the core of our work is the question of how change processes in organizations and society can be effectively facilitated, critically reflected upon, and sustainably realized.

Our research and teaching focus on change processes in the context of major societal challenges, such as artificial intelligence, sustainability, diversity, and the fundamental transformation of work and organizations.

As an interdisciplinary team, we combine excellent research with evidence‑based, interactive, and practice‑oriented teaching. We educate future “change leaders,” foster critical thinking, and create spaces for dialogue between academia and practice. Our goal is to empower people not merely to manage change, but to shape it actively, reflectively, and responsibly.
