Thank you everyone for submitting your abstracts! These are currently being reviewed and we are aiming to send out confirmation emails by mid-March.

You will need to log in to your EasyChair account or create a new account if this is your first time using EasyChair for conference submissions. Panel proposals and abstracts for panel contributions, individual papers or work in progress reports should not exceed 500 words (including references). The file that you upload has to be in PDF format (file extension .pdf) and should not include any identifying information (e.g. name, affiliation, ...). Panel contributions should include the title of the panel and the names of its organisers.

Additionally, we would ask you to specify to which of the following four areas your work contributes:

  • empirical research on business discourse,

  • empirical research on business practice,

  • research on learning and teaching,

  • or the practice of teaching


The DEADLINE for submitting PANEL PROPOSALS is 9 December 2019.

The ABC organisers have decided to extend the deadline for submitting panel proposals to December 9 to give everyone a little more time and to support university staff currently on strike in the UK.

The DEADLINE for submitting ABSTRACTS is 31 January 2020.
