03.06.2026 Online-Event: "Navigating VAT and Transfer Pricing: Insights from Recent CJEU Case Law"

This session will explore recent case law from the Court of Justice of the European Union and examine the VAT implications of transfer pricing adjustments. It will cover key topics such as VAT deduction in intra-group arrangements, the importance of accurate cost allocation, ensuring proper documentation for both TP and VAT purposes and aligning TP and VAT policies for better dispute prevention. The discussion will be illustrated through recent cases, including C-527/23 Weatherford, C-808/23 Högkullen, C-726/23 Arcomet Towercranes, and C-603/24 Stellantis Portugal S.A., providing practical insights to help taxpayers assess, document, and defend their VAT positions in practice.
