Iris Hauck-Rameis

Iris Hauck-Rameis is a certified senior project manager (IPMA Level B) and her experience results from managing and consulting projects in the IT, Marketing and Online Gaming business for several years. They range from organization development projects, software/ web application projects to more marketing focused projects. All of them were either done in an international environment or with an intercultural team. Iris Hauck-Rameis is employed as a project manager at bwin.party since 2005 and the ‘French Revolution’ project – led by her - was awarded as prize winner at the pma project excellence award in 2010. Sideline she offers services as a project coach and acts as project excellence award assessor for pma and IPMA.

Derek Walker

Dr Derek Walker is Professor of Project Management and Director of Research at the School of Property, Construction and Project Management, RMIT University. He worked in various project management roles in the UK, Canada, and Australia for 16 years before commencing his academic career in 1986. He obtained a Master of Science from the University of Aston (Birmingham) in 1978, and a PhD in 1995 from RMIT University (Melbourne).

His research interests centre on innovation diffusion of information and communication technologies, knowledge management, project management and project procurement systems.
