Innovation doesn’t just belong to startups, it’s just as useful in social projects, research, and even personal decision-making. The key isn’t to come up with random ideas, but to uncover real needs and respond with solutions that make sense.

Design Thinking is a structured yet playful way to explore problems, generate bold ideas, and test them in practice. Whether you want to improve a process, create a product, or rethink a personal challenge, this workshop gives you the tools to get started.

Agenda

  • What is Design Thinking?

  • Empathize Phase: Explore the problem space

  • Define Phase: Focus on the core need

  • Ideation Phase: Use 3 creative techniques to push ideas further

  • Prototyping: Test and visualize your concept

  • Synthesis: Share and learn from each other

Stefan is currently supporting the aviation industry at Plug and Play Vienna Airport to innovate and collaborate with startups. He studied Digital Economy, led the Skills Academy at WU, and built experience at Accenture, HPS, and co-organizing the ENGAGE.EU Expedition Week, where he focused on Design Thinking.
