• WU bachelor's students who have been allocated for a semester abroad at a CEEPUS partner university can apply for CEEPUS grants (provided WU has a mobility for that university in the current academic year and CEEPUS grants are available).

• Applications can be submitted during the application periods set by the International Office. CEEPUS funding will not be granted for a stay in the applicant's home country.

• After being allocated for an exchange place at a CEEPUS partner university, you can apply for a respective grant.

• CEEPUS grants are intended to cover the entire cost of living during the exchange semester abroad. The grants are awarded by the host countries. For the exact amount of monthly support, please refer to: www.ceepus.info.

• Recepients of a federal study grant may receive both a CEEPUS grant and federal financial aid for a stay abroad.

• In addition, WU students receive a mobility grant from the Austrian CEEPUS Office if they fulfill the requirements and apply for travel grants.

• For study stays of at least two months: The mobility grant amounts to €200 per month and will be transferred to the account of the CEEPUS grant holder in monthly installments upon application.

• Travel expenses can only be claimed for stays of 21 days or more and will be settled individually upon submission of receipts.

Within eight weeks of the end of your stay abroad, the following documents must be submitted to the Austrian CEEPUS Office:

• Evidence of academic achievement: Please note that 3 ECTS credits per month must be completed during the semester abroad. The Student Report is to be filled out online.

• Confirmation of Stay issued by the host institution upon completion of the exchange period; to be submitted online.

• Exchange report: Do not forget to upload the exchange report on the website of WU's International Office. A template for bachelor's students can be found here.
