Skill Session: Focus & Concentration


The Skill Sessions is a series of independent one-hour embodiment trainings where you can learn practical body-based exercises that help you hone human skills and abilities that support you different life and study contexts. 

Do you get easily distracted? Would like to study with more focus while reducing efforts? Is there too much self-talk going on in your head when you want to learn?

ContextThe focus of this skill session is to improve your ability to to center your attention in a deliberate way and with minimal effort. We will also explore the difference between focus and concentration
