Skill Session: Flexibility & Stability


The Skill Sessions is a series of independent one-hour embodiment trainings where you can learn practical body-based exercises that help you hone human skills and abilities that support you different life and study contexts. 

ContextIn our times, we are supposed to be super agile and flexible, yet we also wish to have stability and feel safe. This Skill Session is an opportunity to learn that these two qualities are not contradictory but mutually dependent and supporting one another.

  • Increasing flexibility in the joints to achieve more stability
  • A good connection between active and passive body areas and qualities
  • Strengthening the ability to discern between stability and rigidity
