Skill Session: Efficiency & Lightness


The Skill Sessions is a series of independent one-hour embodiment trainings where you can learn practical body-based exercises that help you hone human skills and abilities that support you different life and study contexts. 

ContextThe body loves lightness and efficiency; this means the body aims at making only the minimal necessary effort to achieve its goals.  In this Skill Session you learn practices that can help you identify unnecessary tension and to let them go.
Two percent less tension in the body means two percent more energy for your goals and wishes.
