Aida Hajro is an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at WU Vienna. Her expertise lies in cross-cultural management, organizational change, and skilled migration studies. Her work has been published or accepted in journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Human Resource Management Journal, Human Resource Management Review, and International Journal of Human Resource Management. She currently serves on the editorial review boards of the Academy of Management Review (AMR), Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS) and Journal of World Business (JWB), where she is the lead editor of the upcoming special issue on global migration.
