Curriculum Vitae

Clemens Kerschbaum is a teaching and research associate at the Institute for Data Process and Knowledge Management. Since the beginning of 2017 he is also a member of the division for Knowledge-Based Management.

Clemens has a background in Business Law and found his way into Knowledge-Based management through a specialization course during his studies. In his dissertation project he focuses on aesthetic dimensions of knowing in organizations. In particular he is interested in the relationship between aesthetic perceptions and how they can inform the strategy creation process in organizations. This topic connects to the current discourse on "inside-out" strategy development (Nonaka & Takeuchi, 2021) and addresses, among other issues, how to leverage the unique human strengths in the process of developing corporate strategy.
