The IT Support Center serves as a central point of contact for WU employees and students with IT-related questions. Helpdesk and hotline inquiries are first processed here and personal support is provided. In addition, loaner equipment (e.g. laptop computers) can be borrowed during opening hours and the printing account for the PC labs can be recharged.
