Opening Hours

Limitations from March 16, 2020 onward

Due to a decision of the rectorate, the following limitations apply:

  • All PC rooms are closed until further noticen

  • The Support Center is closed until further notice

  • IT support is now only available via the Service Desk and the IT-Hotline (01-31336-3000)

  • For lecture casts please contact the IT-Hotline (01-31336-3000) in time


Regular Opening Hours

IT Support Center

Your primary point of contact regarding IT-related questions (e.g. WU password, Wi-Fi access, printing account, etc.). In addition, we offer loaner equipment for presentations or laptop computers (Rent-a-Notebook).

AV-Support & IT Service Desk

Support in using and/or setting up AV-media technology in teaching rooms or event locations; picking up and returning of (reserved) presentation equipment and technical accessories.

Administration Frontoffice

We welcome external professionals on level 5 in the LC building, who need access to IT-SERVICES' operating premisses. Additionally, we take delivery of parcels and mailings addressed to IT-SERVICES.

PC Labs

The PC labs can usually be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your student ID card allows the use of the installed lock system. During operating hours with support, IT-Assistants provide support and help.
