Philipp Buss, Dr.
Philipp Buss's research focuses on innovation, digitization and IP. His research is empirical, mainly using secondary data sets as well as primary data.His current research projects focus on business model innovations and the impact of different configurations of business model portfolios. Additionally, he is interested in how digitization affects organizations, especially in the need for adopting new business model designs.
Philipp received his PhD from Ulm University. He holds a degree in Business Administration from University of Augsburg and studied abroad in Melbourne, Australia. Philipp Buss joined the ISM at WU Vienna in April 2018. Currently he is working as a project manager at etventure, a strategy consultancy specialized in digital transformation and customer-centric business development (part of the EY group).
