Laura Bracun has been an University Assistant (PraeDoc) in the area of Corporate Governance at the Institute for Organization Design (IOD) at WU since February 2026.

She completed her bachelors degree in Business and Economics at WU Vienna, focusing on Behavioral Science and Organizational Design and spent a semester abroad at the Rotterdam School of Management. She then earned the CEMS Master in international Management at WU Vienna and the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Laura gained research experience as a research associate at WU Vienna and was involved in qualitative research projects on platform companies, with an emphasis on identity, strategy and trust. Her research interests include corporate governance, organizational design and behavioral science perspectives on strategic decision making processes in organizations.
