15/06/2020

Univ.-Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke (WU Vienna) and Univ.-Prof. Dr. Christian Lüthje (Hamburg University of Technology) published a book chapter on the topic of user innovation in the Oxford Research Encyclopedia of Business and Management.

Users of products and services, be they user firms or consumers, frequently develop innovations for their own benefit. Such user innovation is a long-existing phenomenon, but it has gained much momentum in the new millennium. The new book chapter is dedicated to this phenomenon and highlights the current state of research on user innovation.

The Oxford Research Encyclopedias develop new comprehensive collections of in-depth, peer-reviewed summaries on an ever-growing range of topics, by working with international communities of scholars across all fields of study.
