"Empowering Entrepreneurs" focuses on fostering partnerships, providing tailored financial solutions, and supporting startup ecosystems to make Erste Group the go-to resource for business founders.

3. Attracting Top Talent

What would make Erste Group the most attractive employer in the financial sector in CEE?

"Attracting Top Talent" drives innovation and growth, by offering flexible career development programs and inclusive workplace cultures where employees of all backgrounds feel valued and supported. By prioritizing innovation, recognizing and rewarding achievements, and maintaining transparent communication, Erste Group can set itself apart as a forward-thinking, people-centered employer that attracts and retains top talent in the region. • An innovative project proposal with a EUR 3mn budget

• Clear target group analysis and unique selling proposition of your project idea

• Estimated costs, revenue potential and impact on employees and society

5. Conclusion

• Conclude your proposal with a summary and recommendation for Erste Group
