How can I participate?

Every successful business idea needs a clear strategy and a compelling business plan. That’s exactly what you can demonstrate at the Business Case Challenge 2026 – either individually or together with your team (maximum of 4 people per team).

Rules – What You Need to Know

• Team size: You can participate individually or in a team of up to 4 people.

• Who can participate? The challenge is open to students and pupils from all over the world.

• Registration required: You must register to gain access to the business cases.

Please keep the following in mind:

1. Familiarize yourself with the tasks of the different cases for 2026, which will be published on March 1, 2026.

2. Decide which case best matches your skills and interests.

3. Participate in our coaching sessions. Dates to be announced (TBA).

4. Attend the Business Case Challenge Day on May 11, 2026 in person at WU Vienna and take the opportunity to meet the companies. (OPTIONAL)

5. Work on the selected case and develop a structured and innovative solution.

6. Submit your completed case by June 2 in German or English.

7. Await the feedback from our jury team, which will select the best ideas for the grand
