In May and June 2023, Dr. Andrea Romo represented our institute at two significant conferences: the Latin American Studies Association Congress and the Gender, Work, and Organization International Conference. During these events, she presented her research findings and at GWO she actively participated in a stimulating stream titled "Men in focus: Exploring homosocial cultures in organizations and developing methods to prevent sexual harassment." The different panels and sessions sparked inspiring discussions and offered valuable insights into addressing issues of gender dynamics within organizational settings.
