• For information on the current course offer of CEU, please check this website (Visiting/Exchange Students).

• You are allowed to attend a maximum of two courses at CEU, which have to be indicated in your application.

• At the end of your study term at CEU, you will receive an official transcript of records which you will need for the credit transfer process at WU.

• On bachelor's level, credits obtained at CEU can be transferred to:

  • Free electives (German: Freie Wahlfächer; study plan: BaWiSo and BBE)

  • International electives (“Internationales Wahlfach” in IBW, study plan: BaWiSo 2019) for business/economics related courses

• For general questions concerning the credit transfer, including transfer options for other WU programs or courses, please contact course.abroad@wu.ac.at.

• The exchange is open for the following groups:

  • Bachelor’s students, who have completed at least a minimum of one year full-time studies at WU.

  • Master's students enrolled in the programs Economics and Socio-Economics

  • PhD students of the departments Economics and Finance

• English language proficiency:

  • Students may demonstrate their English language proficiency through successful completion of the WU course English Business Communication (EBC). If you have successfully completed EBC, you can download a confirmation in WU's Online Services for Students.

  • Students who are enrolled in an English-taught program do not need to provide proof of English language proficiency.
