SBWL Entry and Eligibility

SBWL specific information

Applying for the SBWL RSGB is straightforward.

We approve applications on a first-come-first-served basis and offer 90 spots. Follow the general application process determined by WU, rank our SBWL first, and apply as soon as registration opens on my@WU.

Good to know: experience shows that our places are on high demand.

• Application opens on August 27, 2026; 2 p.m. (for all SBWLs)

• Places are granted on a first come, first served basis 

• 90 spots are available for students  

• Registration deadline for the SBWL RSGB: September 6, 2026 (SBWL specific)

• Set your number of planned specializations and preferences until September 9, 2026 (rank our SBWL first if you want to get in!)

• After this date, the matching with MyMatch takes place. Students will be formally notified about the results via LPIS and can then register for the main courses

• Enroll in Core Course 1 to maintain your eligibility for the SBWL between September 17, 2026 - September 20, 2026 (23:59)

It is important that students register within the specified period.
