On January 27, 2026, Amanda Musco Eklund (PhD Researcher and Lecturer at the Department of Law, Umeå University, Sweden) talked about her research on “Governing Algorithmic Discretion: Rule‑of‑Law Requirements for Automated Decision‑Making".

On October 16, Keketso Kgomosotho (University Assistant (Ars Iuris uni:doc) at the University of Vienna & Attorney from Johannesburg, South Africa) reflected on his ongoing doctoral research on "Why Machine Learning Algorithms cannot and should not make decisions about substantive equality".

On June 5, 2025, Gilad Abiri (Associate Professor and Co-Director of the Program on Law and Innovation at Peking University School of Transnational Law, and Affiliate Faculty member at Yale Law School's Information Society Project) presented his Paper on “Public Constitutional AI”.

On March 27, 2025 Oleksandr Kosenkov from Blekinge Institute of Technology presented his research on “The Role of LegalTech/RegTech in Software Engineering”.

On January 30, 2025  Dr Sophie Duroy from the University of Essex presented her co-authored draft paper entitled “When ‘bad countries’ make good caselaw: Digital surveillance technologies and the protection of privacy in the Council of Europe area”.
