Work at IfU, previous experience and academic profile

Lea is a research and teaching associate and has been with the Institute for Strategic Management and Management Control (IfU) since February 2016. She completed her M.Sc. in Marketing Management at WU and prior to that her M.A. in Human Rights at the University of Vienna. Before, Lea gained her bachelor degree in International Business Administrations at WU, specializing in Strategic Management and Management Control and in International Business among which she took courses at Bentley University in Massachusetts/USA and Peter B. Gustavson School of Business in British Colombia/Canada.

Before joining as a research and teaching associate, Lea got to know the institute as an e-learning assistant and tutor. Additionally, she has worked in pricing for the automotive industry, at the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights as a research assistant and completed internships in CRM, marketing and PR.

Research interest

Lea’s research interests lie in the incentive and reward systems of non-profit organizations, sustainability/CSR and social and environmental reporting as well as in socio-economic trends, wealth disparity and globalization impacts on organizations and different stakeholders. Besides this, she has completed her dissertation in the field of new product development, innovation & creativity research.
