Emotional Self-Management 101

Life Skills
Daniela_Profilbild

Emotion is movement energy. Having emotions is normal and vital. Emotions help us to move through life in a healthy and self-determined way. It’s likely, however, that there are some – usually negative – emotions that we would rather not fee. Anger, for example, is not welcome in many social situations and we learn early on to suppress our anger and remain calm, at least outwardly. Is there another way? Expanding the range of emotions you are able to hold in your body and name is a sign of resilience and mental health.

In this short taster workshop (in English) you will have the opportunity to explore the subject of emotions and feelings in a new, body-based way together with Daniela from the Student Counselling Team.
