Reference management

You would like to use a reference management program to organize the sources and references within your thesis?

The WU Library will be happy to advise you on Citavi, which is available free of charge via a campus license. You can also contact us with questions about the open source products Zotero and Juris-M or the program EndNote.

On Fit4Research, the library's eLearning program, you will find information on licensing and installation, organizing knowledge, etc. We also offer library workshops on the various reference management programs.

Submission & Binding

Submitting your Theses

You have to hand in one copy of your master thesis to the Examinations Office. The thesis must include an bounded cover sheet.
Please find further information on the web pages about the master's thesis.

Binding of Master Theses

The submitted copy of the thesis must be permanently bound in hardcover with a glued spine. Metal clamp binding is not acceptable. Apart from these requirements, the layout of the thesis is up to the candidate, unless the thesis supervisor has specified otherwise.

Thesis Embargo

The author(s) can request to have an embargo placed on the thesis. More information
