Termatics is revolutionizing urban thermal analysis by creating detailed hyperlocal 3D thermographic maps, a crucial tool in Europe's fight against energy inefficiency in buildings. Our innovative approach combines high-resolution thermal satellite imagery with our unique thermal camera technology to introduce Thermopolis, the pioneering Urban Thermal Digital Twin platform. This platform integrates satellite data, drone imagery, and ground-based thermal mapping, all enhanced with advanced AI and computer graphics, to offer a granular, street-by-street view of building thermal performance. Our technological edge is evidenced by the development of three patents currently in progress.

In a European context where a staggering 75% of buildings fall short in energy efficiency and face mandatory upgrades by 2030, Termatics is capitalizing on a burgeoning market. The push for energy-efficient solutions, propelled by the EU's decarbonization and digital twin strategies, presents a ripe opportunity for our services. Europe's current reliance on basic satellite images and labor-intensive physical inspections for thermal evaluations of buildings indicates a prime market for disruption. Thermopolis sets a new standard by providing more precise data faster and more cost-effectively, reducing assessment costs by 50 times and boosting speed by 100 times.

Our market approach primarily concentrates on the Business-to-Government (B2G) sector, acknowledging the pivotal role of national and local governments in fostering sustainable practices.
