About

Flavia De Gaspari holds an MA in Intercultural Psychology and Education from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest and a BA in International Studies from the University of Milan. Her research focused on the re-entry experiences of high school exchange students and their identity development across cultures.

She brings over seven years of professional experience working in international and remote teams at multinational companies, particularly in the fields of training, recruitment, and DEI. Having lived and studied in Italy, Spain, Hungary, and now Austria, she approaches interculturality not only as an academic field but also as a lived experience.

She views intercultural communication as an essential skill in today's world, however successful communication across cultures goes beyond language proficiency. In practice, this involves becoming conscious of your own cultural references and developing an appreciation for different perspectives. While such differences can at times make collaboration more challenging, they also bring a richness of new experiences to teamwork and learning.
