Our re­search primar­ily fo­cuses on four fields:

In its re­search, IMM at­tempts to build bridges between aca­demic rigor and prac­tical rel­ev­ance. To this end, we pub­lish both in highly esteemed schol­arly journ­als (e.g. Journal of In­ter­na­tional Busi­ness Stud­ies; Journal of In­ter­na­tional Mar­ket­ing) and in journ­als ad­dress­ing senior ex­ec­ut­ives (Journal of World Busi­ness). Mem­bers of the In­sti­tute serve on a wide vari­ety of ed­it­or­ial boards, have won nu­mer­ous re­search awards, and have been in­vited to provide ex­pert opin­ions to a num­ber of Do­mestic and Mul­tina­tional En­ter­prises.
