On October 18th 2013, the WU Global Tax Policy Center at the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law hosted the fifth in the series of tax policy discussions between Prof. Jeffrey Owens and leading players in the field of tax policy. The "Tax Policy Fire Side Chats" focus on issues which are currently preoccupying governments, business and civil society and enable a wide audience to participate in these policy debates.

Jeffrey was joined by Mr Michael Sell who is the Director General at the German Federal Ministry of Finance - Tax Department and together they discussed "Emerging international tax policy issues in a post BEPS world".

This was part of the Institute's Opening Event and was the first edition of the Fire Side Chat series to be held at the WU's new campus.
