„Best of Austria“ Award for the education project WAYS 2 SUSTAIN

On the occasion of the UN World Action Program "Education for Sustainable Development", the Institute for Managing Sustainability was awarded the "Education for Sustainable Development - BEST OF AUSTRIA" award by the Austrian Ministry for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management for the education project WAYS 2 SUSTAIN.

On the occasion of the UN World Action Program "Education for Sustainable Development", the Institute for Managing Sustainability was awarded the "Education for Sustainable Development - BEST OF AUSTRIA" award by the Austrian Ministry for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management for the education project WAYS 2 SUSTAIN.

WAYS 2 SUSTAIN provides learning modules that promote students' understanding of sustainability in regular and vocational high schools and is part of the course "Sustainable Development" of the Master Program Management. Under the guiding principle "by students - for pupils", students produce learning modules on various sustainability topics. More information about WAYS 2 SUSTAIN can be found here.

The award was presented on November 20 as part of the event "Excellent! Learning for the Future" in Linz to André Martinuzzi and Florian Findler.
