Lucas Wohlhart

Lucas Wohlhart is the CTO and Software Solution Architect at Wohlhart – Lernsoftware GmbH. In this role, he is committed to digital education innovation in publishing and the provision of learning platforms for teaching and learning in schools. 
After completing his master's degree in Information and Computer Engineering (Robotics & AI) at Graz University of Technology, he worked for JOANNEUM RESEARCH Robotics.  
As a mentor, he supports startups with technological expertise and practical advice, focusing on scalable software design.

Konrad Gerger

Konrad Gerger has more than ten years of international experience in IT and technology, including eight years in a global corporate environment at SAP. He has been working as IT Quality Manager at WienIT since 2025, contributing his expertise in sustainable digital transformation, project management, and stakeholder communication. At the same time, he runs his own media and content production company and supports organizations with storytelling, impact communication, and business development. With an MSc in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship & Technology (WU Executive Academy/Tomorrow University), he combines practice, innovation, and sustainability in his mentoring for startups.

Jasper Ettema

Jasper Ettema is the Founder of JET Growth and a leading expert in startup strategy, pitching, financing and venture scaling. A four-time founder and author of “1M$ Pitching”, Jasper has designed and managed accelerator programs across Europe, evaluated over 3,500 startups, and mentored more than 500 founders, helping raise €30M+ in funding. Additionally he is the organizer of the Startup Investment Academy. Markus Aumer

Markus Aumer is an entrepreneur and investment professional specialising in growth investments and venture capital. He supports first-time and emerging managers in developing their investment processes. He was previously part of the investment team at Round2 Capital and co-founder of Early Birds Urban Movement. He holds an MSc (WU) in Strategy, Innovation & Management Control and has gained international experience in Hong Kong, Cape Town and Zurich.

Andreas Boue

Dr. Andreas R. Boué is an experienced corporate finance professional specializing in venture capital, private equity, M&A, and innovation financing. With 20+ years in investment management, he has led transactions, advised startups and SMEs, served as an interim CFO, and lectured at universities. He is also a published author and board member.

Rudolf Dömötör

Dr. Rudolf Dömötör is director of the WU Entrepreneurship Center and the ECN (Entrepreneurship Center Network), a joint initiative of 36 Austrian universities and universities of applied sciences to promote interdisciplinary entrepreneurship among students and teachers. He has been active in the Austrian start-up ecosystem for many years and has been a member of the Startup Council of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Economics since summer 2022.

Jerolim Filippi

Jerolim Filippi is a dynamic leader with over 10 years of experience in growth, innovation and transformation in digital business models, start-ups, media, telecommunications and e-mobility. As Co-CEO & founder of GrowthSquare GmbH and former CMO at has·to·be gmbh and head of growth strategies in a leading start-up ecosystem, he guides companies through complex change processes. His expertise lies in strategy implementation, building multicultural teams and driving sustainable business growth.

Stephan Jung

Dr. Stephan Jung is an innovation and startup expert with 15 years of experience in these areas. He advises established companies on innovation topics like (corporate) venture building, innovation strategy, structure and processes, supports Startups as Mentor, is Co-Founder of the Startup-Manufaktur a Vienna-based Company Builder and part of the WU Entrepreneurship Center. He studied at TU Munich (TUM BWL), University of Zurich, MIT Sloan School of Management and WU Vienna (PhD at the Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation) and is a graduate of the CDTM Elite course at the LMU and TU in Munich.

He teaches at several universities and is in demand as a workshop leader, startup mentor and sparring partner.

Paul Kressnik

Paul Kressnik combines hands-on startup experience with a passion for innovation. He co-founded reha buddy, a health-tech company, developed the corporate venture Liquibot, and now drives B2B Business Development at Brainhero, a neurotechnology startup. Paul focuses on creating impactful solutions to improve healthcare systems and patient outcomes.

Viktor Penzinger

Viktor Penzinger is Director Venture Development at i5growth in Vienna. After completing his Int. Management / CEMS Master's degree at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Viktor specialized in the areas of company building, venture capital and innovation management. He started his professional career working for a Berlin-based seed investor, followed by two roles at weXelerate and V_labs, where he learned more about the ins and outs of startups, company building processes and corporate innovation vehicles. In his current role at i5growth, Viktor Penzinger develops growth strategies for tech startups and works on business development, marketing and other operational topics. As a guest lecturer and coach at universities and technical colleges, he also passionately promotes the numerous interfaces between innovation and education.

Florian Schirg

Florian Schirg advises tech start-ups on strategy, business models, and IP management. He combines space research, science, and technology with innovation management to drive technology transfer. With international experience, he supports high-tech start-ups in Lower Austria leveraging ESA and CERN research, connecting innovative communities for mutual learning and success.

Monique Schlömmer

Monique Schlömmer gained first theoretical experiences in the field of Entrepreneurship & Innovation during her studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. With the role of Head Organizer of Entrepreneurship Avenue 2019 she could additionally build up practical knowledge and get familiar with the start-up scene within Austria and Silicon Valley (through a 2 times field trip). Currently, Monique is working at the WU Entrepreneurship Center and is responsible for the strategic development of the Entrepreneurship Center Network.

Lukas Valika

Lukas Valika is innovation manager at the Burgenland Business Agency and an active supporter of Startup Burgenland. He supports early-stage startups with comprehensive expertise in innovation, funding and business model development. He encourages founders in navigating the funding jungle, advises on property rights and offers access to a strong network of regional and national innovation players. With his experience in business, administration and university teaching, he creates valuable bridges between ideas, funding and successful implementation.

Sabine Walch

Judith Zingerle is an online marketing strategist, CEO of Umsetzerei Wien and founder of Zingerle Communications. With over 15 years of experience, she advises companies strategically and operationally in the areas of social media, digital brand management and content marketing. As a lecturer at several universities, she combines sound specialist knowledge with practice-oriented implementation - especially for start-ups, agencies and creative companies.
