AI Skills - From Chatbot to Personal AI Coworker [EN]

AI can do far more than answer questions. In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to turn AI tools into personal AI coworkers that can research, work with files and context, organize information, and handle multi-step tasks. Through practical exercises, you will explore how to delegate knowledge work effectively, provide AI with the right context, connect it to your digital work environment, and decide where human control is still needed.

• From chatbot to AI coworker: Understanding Agentic AI and how it changes the way we work

• Delegate, don’t just prompt: Giving AI goals, context, constraints and clear outcomes

• Build useful context: Working with notes, files, projects and personal knowledge

• Let AI do the work: Hands-on exercises with research, organization and multi-step tasks

• Connect your work environment: How tools, knowledge bases and integrations extend AI capabilities

• Stay in control: Autonomy, permissions, trust and designing your own AI work system

• distinguish between simple AI prompting and agentic ways of working

• delegate complex knowledge tasks to AI more effectively

• structure context, files and information so AI can work with them productively

• identify useful ways to integrate AI into your studies, work and personal projects

• make informed decisions about AI autonomy, permissions and when human approval is needed

Lecturer

Stephan Magyary-Kossa is an entrepreneur and founder of Lumetria, a Vienna-based company focused on AI for SMEs. His work centers on the practical application of AI, automation and emerging digital technologies in business. He is also the initiator of ViennAgentic, a Vienna-based community exploring agentic AI and new forms of collaboration between humans and AI. Alongside his entrepreneurial work, he studies Strategy, Innovation and Management Control at WU Vienna.
