Dr. Cordula Cerha

Cordula Cerha is a marketing academic and professional with 25 years of experience. She earned her undergraduate and doctorate degrees at Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU Vienna), with specialisations in retailing and marketing, as well as advertising and marketing research. She currently holds the position of an assistant professor at the Institute for Retailing & Data Science at the Department Marketing at WU Vienna. Besides, she is managing partner at CMC-Consultants, a firm offering research and training in marketing and sales management. She is a lecturer at the Institute for Graphics and Advertising at University of Applied Arts Vienna and several other academic institutions. Her current research interests include customer-to-customer interactions. customer journeys in multichannel-environments,  and marketing performance measurement.
