Biographical Sketch

Anastasiia Andreeva is a prae-doc Research Associate at the Institute for Public Management and Governance at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business. She joined the team in April 2023. She obtained a Master’s degree in Political Science from Central European University in Vienna, where she concentrated on research methods. In her Master’s thesis, she explored how various ways of framing climate change affect voters’ support for sustainable policies. Prior to her position at the institute, she gained experience in the field of migration and refugee law at international organizations and NGOs.

Research Interests

Anastasiia Andreeva’s primary academic interests include Structural Inequality, Governance, Sustainability and Green Transition, Policy Preference, Reputation, and Bias. Methodologically she is focused on quantitative, as well as mixed-method research, causal inference, and experimental research designs in social science.
