Research Talk by Michel Wedel, University of Maryland (US)


Michel Wedel (Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland) is best known for his groundbreaking work in market segmentation and, more recently, visual marketing and eye-tracking. In our Department’ Research Seminar Series, he presented his working paper 'How Online Advertising Can Help the Implementation of Brand Choices: A Process Analysis Using Eye Tracking'. In addition to his talk, Michel held a workshop in which he provided valuable insights on how eye-tracking can be used to bridge the quantitative and behavioral areas in marketing.
