Teaching Philosophy

„I seek to support students as tomorrow’s leaders and decision makers in gaining not only a solid knowledge foundation, but also and above all to further develop their methodological, personal and social competences so that they feel competent to manage uncertainty, ambiguity, complexity and continuous change and develop the courage to contribute to the economic, ecological and social sustainability of organizations and the society as a whole.

I see myself as a learning coach and emphasize appreciation, mutual respect and commitment while at the same time I set high performance standards. I am happy that this stimulates my students’ critical thinking and helps them produce outstanding performance results.”
