• Your account password now needs at least 10 characters.

• In order to be able to use Wi-Fi at the WU, you now need a separate Wi-Fi password.

• Both passwords must not be identical.

• According to the password policy, the current password must differ from the last two previously used passwords.

Please log in at the Controlpanel (https://controlpanel.wu.ac.at) and change your current account password. Then also set a new Wi-Fi password.

We recommend that you register your cell phone in the Controlpanel as well, so you can reset your passwords at any time.

We ask you to reset your passwords as soon as possible, at the latest by the following deadlines.

If you have not set your new passwords until the dates stated, you are not able use any IT services at the WU (e.g.: LPIS, email, Controlpanel). In order to gain access to IT services again, you need to visit the IT Support Center (Building LC, Level 1 - see location on Campus) in person and get a new account password.
