Anna Mohr started working as a teaching and research associate at the IOD in May 2024. Anna completed her B.Sc. in Psychology and Management at the International School of Management in Dortmund with a specialization in work and organizational psychology. She graduated with her M.Sc. in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from the BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway. During her studies there she worked as a research assistant at the Department of Communication and Culture. Before her position at the IOD, Anna worked as a consultant in Oslo. In this role, she was involved in both supporting and leading various HR analysis projects for private and public Norwegian organizations.
