In the end of June 2021 we had a very interesting webinar with Prof. Dr. Deborah Schanz from the LMU Munich.

Deborah Schanz talked about the following topics:

• creating visibility outside the academic community

• reflecting on one’s own role in a male dominated environment

• recruiting and empowering young female scientists
