Research Seminar at the IOD

This July, we were pleased to welcome our colleagues from the University of Passau at the IOD, for our annual two-day research seminar.

During the seminar, the participants shared their ongoing research and received thoughtful feedback from the group.

The projects covered topics ranging from digital platforms, the role of AI in innovation, and collaborative innovation activities to executive humor and celebrity, CEO succession and dismissal, and the board–TMT interface.

The discussions offered fresh perspectives and valuable input for moving the projects forward. Beyond the presentations, the seminar offered a great opportunity to connect with colleagues and discuss new ideas in an open and engaging setting.

A special thank you to Carolin Häussler and Andreas König, as well as all participants from the University of Passau and WU Vienna, for contributing to two days of thoughtful discussions and insightful feedback.
