About
Dr. Julia Stranzl, Bakk. BA, MA, conducts research and teaches in the fields of strategic organizational communication, crisis communication, and employee communication. She serves as the student and early career representative at ICA (SERC) and is a member of the Academic Society for Management and Communication (AGUK) and the European Network of Emerging Scholars (EUNES). Before joining WU, she was part of the Corporate Communication Research Group (CCom) at the University of Vienna, where she completed her PhD on the topic of appreciation in the workplace. She earned her Master's degree at the University of Zurich (CHE). Her teaching activities, guest lectures, and research visits have taken her to Università IULM (ITA), Lund University (SWE), Leipzig University, Mainz University (GER), and the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt (AUT).
