Biography

Martin Kornberger founded the Institute for Ethics in Management in 2022. He researches strategies for collective action, new organizational architectures, and their moral implications. His teaching includes the ideas and concepts of ethics, organization theory, and strategy (in short, ETHOS). He is also a visiting professor at the Norwegian School of Economics and University of New South Wales. Previously his academic career led him to the University of Technology Sydney, Copenhagen Business School, emlyon business school, and University of Edinburgh. In Australia, he also built a successful consulting firm. He was a DOC scholar of the Austrian Academy of Sciences and received his doctorate in philosophy from the University of Vienna.
