Anna Maria Rath

Anna´s research revolves around inquiries into the ethics of quantification, focusing on the diverse impact that the production and communication of numbers have on both organisations and society.  Additionally, she is deeply invested in exploring the ethical dimensions of the climate crisis. One specific empirical subject of interest to her is the ethical evaluation of ESG. Furthermore, drawing on her background in philosophy and economics, Anna is enthusiastic about supervising theses that delve into normative ethical theories and feminist philosophy.

Constanze Kerres

Constanze conducts research at the intersection of technology and the organization with the particular interest of how the introduction of Artificial Intelligence is changing the organization as whole or particularly epistemic practices. Thus, she is eager to supervise bachelor theses around the topics of AI/emerging technologies, human-technology interaction, digital ethics, and the sociology of knowledge. Additionally, she can supervise theses at the intersection of Diversity/feminist studies and technology.

Clarissa Ruth Marie Schott

Clarissa’s research focuses on organizational responsibility in and of the future regarding grand challenges. Specifically, she engages with ethical as well as calculative methods to conceptualize (visualize, quantify, and (e)valuate) the future to motivate organizational climate action. Therefore, her focus lies in supervising theses that circle around the individual/ collective responsibility (of the organization) in regard to climate action, temporal dimensions of decision-making and strategizing, and analyzing the impact of (intergenerational) justice, equality, and equity for and in organizations. Clarissa is also happy to delve into sustainability-related topics of accounting and finance and related ethical problems, challenges, and questions that arise through the depiction and application of respective models, mechanisms, and processes (in the organization).
